King Power Helps Donate blood to Thai Red Cross Society

King Power Group and the Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha Foundation honour the wishes of Khun Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, who has a noble intention of endless giving, with the determination to pass on continuous “giving” by organising the “Give Blood, Save Lives” activity, inviting King Power Group employees to donate blood to the National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society throughout the year 2023, with the first activity held recently at King Power Rangnam and King Power, Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Khun Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha, Chief Executive Officer of King Power Group and committee member of the Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha Foundation, said that the Foundation has a strong determination to “give” with regard to both giving opportunities and giving life. It has been undertaking various activities continuously in the past years. Most recently, it has started the activity “Give Blood, Save Lives,” inviting company executives and employees to donate blood to the National Blood Service Centre of the Thai Red Cross Society, as blood donation is considered a great “giving,” which saves lives and extends breath of fellow human beings. It is an activity which everyone can join continuously every quarter. The aim is to help promote and create awareness of kindly acts for everyone. In order to facilitate employees to do meritorious acts continuously, the Foundation has joined hands with the National Blood Centre in arranging a mobile blood donation vehicle for service. A total of three blood donation activities were held at King Power, Rangnam and King Power, Suvarnabhumi Airport, on 3 April, 3 July and 9 October, 2023. Also at King Power Phuket, on April 7, July 11 and October 12. Activities will additionally be organised at other branches of King Power, as they are regarded as a noble act of passing on “Give Blood, Save Lives,” which helps save lives of fellow human beings.
